What if my FIRC is missing?

① Please check if the transaction type is withdrawal (transaction ID starting from W).
② Please make sure you have submitted the application.
③ If you are in the right operating circumstance but still can’t find FICR, please contact customer service / your account manager for help. We will send you the FIRC by email within 5-7 business days.
