What if my funds has been successfully withdrawn from my marketplace, but it didn’t credit in PingPong?

Please note that the normal transfer time from marketplace to PingPong is 3-5 working days. However, if there is bank holiday, the processing time will be longer. You can send us the payment information (e.g., swift copy, MT 103) to check the payment status.
Please note the processing time for receiving is not within PingPong's control , but depending on the bank used by marketplace. If you don’tdidn't receive the fund in PingPongpp account after 48hrs, please contact customer service or your account manager to checkwith the payment information.
