What is the process for increasing virtual account limits?

Follow these steps to increase your virtual account limit: 

1. Go to the application page by clicking “Global Accounts” under RECEIVABLES tab.
2. If you've reached your application limit, the system will inform you limit reached and switch to the increasing page automatically.
3. Fill the currency and VA number then click on “SUBMIT”.
4. Wait for the system feedback about the verification result. If the application is declined, please contact your account manager or customer service for assistance.
